Silversea's third expedition ship is skillfully engineered - explore
the most remote archipelagos in the Pacific. Her small size allows
access - rugged coasts that ordinary ships cannot accommodate.
Panoramic views and open decks consistently provide passengers with
breathtaking views. A fleet of Zodiacs escorts guests around remote
landings for an up-close look at nature’s marvels. There's also a
glass-bottom boat for underwater viewing along with snorkeling equipment
and a dive program for advanced divers. The Expedition Team onboard,
composed of experts in the culture, history and wild life of the
destinations, presents informal talks, guides Zodiac outings and leads
small-group explorations ashore.
Back on the ship, every elegant suite offers stocked bars and
magnificent ocean views. Mingle with other guests in one of the lounges
and enjoy the open bar while exchanging stories of the day’s
explorations. Enjoy the inventive menus in The restaurant, featuring
both regional offerings and dishes inspired by Relais & Châteaux.
Additional amenities include a pool deck, an internet cafe, a fitness
center, and a beauty and massage center. With an intimate capacity of 132 passengers, the Silver Explorer, formerly the Prince Albert II, focuses on the exploration of unique wildlife and local cultures of the world’s most remote regions. The ship is equipped with eight Zodiac boats, permitting guests - get a closer look at extraordinary landscapes. Enjoy complimentary expeditions ashore guided by Silversea's highly experienced Expedition Team. Onboard, guests will enjoy luxurious accommodations, all of which provide stunning ocean views.
